Vadaserikara is a town
in Pathanamthitta district, in the state of Kerala,
India. It is situated at the confluence of two rivers
the Pamba and Kallar.
Vadasserikkara is located on the main trunk road to
Sabarimala i.e. Pathanamthitta-Pampa Highway. It is a
stopover town for pilgrims on the way to Sabarimala, the
abode of Lord Ayyappa, a pilgrim centre that attracts
millions of Ayyappa devotees. The town is three
kilometers away from Kumplampoika and about 8 km from
Ranni. Pathanamthitta - Seethathodu Road also pass
through Vadasserikkara.
The town has seen much growth since the 1990s. One of
the biggest bridges in the district is at Benglavkadavu.
